IOA 2020 Conference Schedule

We are excited to share this conference overview with you and we look forward to three days of learning and connection in Portland. You'll see that we have woven the conference theme, Vision 2020: Innovation, Importance, and Integrity in Ombuds Work, into each day's conference offerings. In response to participant feedback from previous years, we have also extended opportunities for structured networking in addition to the traditional sector networking time. Also in response to participant feedback, you will see concurrent sessions categorized as "emerging," "established," or "experienced" level - this indicates the baseline level of content for each session, as specified by presenters.

We have great keynote speakers, plenary events, and pre-conference sessions in the works, including thought leaders from industry, education and our ombuds community. Look for an announcement in early 2020 with information about these speakers alongside detailed session and plenary descriptions. Leading up to the conference we will also be sharing innovations in how we network and connect with each other in Portland.

See you in Oregon,
IOA 2020 Programming Committee
