Description

Come ombuds your favorite fairy tale characters as they navigate the difficult situations that got them fairytale status in the first place. Audience members have a chance to coach, mediate, and facilitate the characters’ path to resolution. With the fishbowl, improv format we can evaluate the impact of, and adjust, our interventions in real time. Using fairy tales allows freedom to try approaches we are hesitant to use in real life and to have fun, too.

Learning Objectives

  1. Practice asking skillful questions.
  2. Learn from other practitioners using familiar scenarios while using the ability to “pause” and “rewind” the participants to replay scenarios for further practice.
  3. Experiment with techniques or lines of inquiry in visitor sessions.
